S. Palladia and S. Antonia,
(SSND cousins) departed Hungary in 1950 following the disbanding of
Religious Orders in Hungary. They visited the SSNDs in various
places and eventually settled in Toronto, Canada. Here, they started
the Gloria Studio where they taught art classes in painting and
ceramics promoting religious art. In the SSND Canadian Motherhouse
is a picture of Mother Theresa painted by S. Antonia in 1951. A
number of paintings, similar to this one, are in various places, but
they are not signed.
