Southern Sudan

Solidarity with Southern Sudan is an inter-congregational response to an urgent cry of the church in Southern Sudan. Sixty religious congregations have pledged finances or personnel to create a teacher training college based on a distance learning model and a health training institute. SSND arrived in January 2008.
